Dr. Qu graduated in 1985 from Hei Long Jiang University of Traditional
Chinese Medicine in China. After graduation, she worked as a physician in
the internal medicine department for three years.

In 1988, she entered a Master-Ph. D. program with a major in Clinical
Internal Medicine. During this period time, she was seeing patients in the
clinic, working in the hospital and doing research. In 1993, Dr. Qu earned
her Ph.D. degree and became the first generation of Ph.D. in Clinical
Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

After graduation, Dr. Qu worked as a physician in charge at a University
Hospital. She won quite a few awards for her excellent performance in
teaching and researching. She published numerous papers in national
professional journals.

Before she came to United States in 2002, Dr. Qu also practiced
Acupuncture and Herbs with a partner in Montreal Canada for years. Dr.
Qu has been teaching Acupuncture and Herbology in Dallas College of
Oriental Medicine (DCOM) from 2003, where Dr. Qu is working as a
professor, clinic supervisor and clinic director.
